I am Rigoberto "Rigo" Toledo a native of Southern California. I came to the Lord in 1993 in Glendale, CA & I'm grateful for all the experiences that I have lived through in God's service. He's blessed me with a wonderful family; I've been married for over 17 years with three teenage children, a son in his first year of college & two daughters in high school. We came to this area in 2001 knowing God had a wonderful plan here. I am excieted to be part of God's work here at the PAV were you can come & "experience the difference”.
